Helping individuals with physical and mental health challenges with the aid of uniquely trained service dogs.
love your website; just learned of it tonight; has the puppy been too busy learning to blog lately? Very creative and instructional on how to raise a service puppy.
My interest, however, is in how to obtain a service dog for my retired and disabled US Army Veteran (former Special Forces) husband who is now 65 and has a bad back (which he broke in a parachute accident in the 1960's but didn't know he had done so until they x-rayed it in the late 1980's) who also now has a form of dementia known as Lewy Body Disorder and Corticobasal Degeneration.
Could you contact me either by e-mail or phone (913) 530-9269, and advise me as to how to obtain such a dog. We live in an apartment in Overland Park, Kansas (part of the greater Kansas City, Missouri-Kansas Metropolitan area).
